Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our team with an emphasis on Referral Marketing. In this role, you’ll spearhead our referral marketing efforts, creating strategies that incentivize and encourage RentRedi landlords and tenants to spread the word. You’ll bring creative problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of marketing tactics to “crack the code” on driving referrals and scaling our reach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize referral marketing programs that engage and motivate our existing user base to drive new sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the product and customer support teams to understand user behaviors, pain points, and motivations.
- Create referral incentives, campaigns, and tools tailored to the RentRedi audience, ensuring they resonate with landlords and tenants alike.
- Track, analyze, and report on referral program performance, providing actionable insights to refine and improve strategies.
- Test various messaging and promotional tactics across multiple channels (email, in-app messaging, social media, etc.) to increase referrals and measure success.
- Gather user feedback to refine messaging, incentives, and campaign approaches, and proactively experiment to identify best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply new referral marketing strategies that align with RentRedi’s mission and goals.
Requirements:
- Background in Marketing: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in a referral, growth, or digital marketing role with demonstrable success in user acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and optimize referral strategies.
- Creative Problem Solver: Willingness to experiment and think outside the box to find what works best for referral growth.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate persuasively to drive engagement and convey the RentRedi brand effectively.
- User-Centric Approach: Familiarity with landlord and tenant needs is a plus; otherwise, a passion for learning about our user base and tailoring referral tactics accordingly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
