What You Will Do:

• Take charge of significant technical projects, establishing the foundation for products in their initial stages to progressively develop and expand.
• Design, construct, and oversee user-centric experiences, services, APIs, and systems.
• Balance business objectives, user experience, and a robust technical base to make informed decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues across various services and levels of the stack in a production environment.
• Plan and implement short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• As a senior figure in a budding team, provide guidance and mentorship to engineers, shaping the future leaders within the company.
• Collaborate closely with product engineers and other teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek candidates who meet the essential criteria for this role. Meeting these criteria makes you a strong candidate, and while preferred qualifications enhance your application, they are not mandatory.

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of developing, launching, and maintaining web applications using contemporary JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular).
• Profound understanding of modern HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work in tandem with designers, product managers, and other teams to devise impactful solutions for user challenges.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Prior experience in building custom web components is a plus.
• Prior experience in startup environments and familiarity with the hurdles faced by founders.
• Expertise in designing and developing websites that offer seamless functionality across a variety of browsers and devices.
• A strong commitment to quality, an eye for detail, and a penchant for assisting team members in achieving excellence.
