Full-stack Product Engineer

Position Summary:
Raylu’s growing engineering team of 6 is seeking a Full-stack Product Engineer to help refine and grow our core products. This role requires someone who combines deep technical skills with a product-focused mindset. You will work closely with the team to design, build, and iterate on product features that deliver exceptional user experiences, while also owning key aspects of product development including product roadmapping and rapid prototyping.

What we are looking for:

• Full-stack expertise: You have industry experience working across the entire stack, particularly with modern web development frameworks. We’re a typescript code base with react frontend and node back end.
• Product-driven development: You are passionate about building features that users love, with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and delight. You can seamlessly move from designing frontend experiences to ensuring backend reliability and scalability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity: This role requires solving open-ended problems, iterating based on user feedback, and quickly adapting to new technologies and frameworks.
• Ownership and initiative: You thrive on owning projects end-to-end, from the initial user requirements to design, implementation, and iteration, while constantly seeking ways to improve.
• Bonus: Familiarity with LLMs, infrastructure, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and iterate on product features across the stack (backend, frontend, and infrastructure).
• Rapidly prototype new features and improvements, ensuring seamless user experiences across the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to maintain code quality, improve development processes, and build scalable solutions.
• Actively contribute to product roadmapping discussions, helping shape Raylu's product vision.
