What Should You Expect?
The Suvoda Talent & Culture (T&C) team is dedicated to building and nurturing a high-performance culture. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow Suvoda’s global workforce.
The Technical Recruiter is an expert recruiter who thinks strategically about the processes, tools and technology needed to attract, hire and retain top talent.
Our ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and is a skilled relationship-builder, collaborates masterfully with their colleagues and hiring managers, and is quick to form strong relationships with candidates.
As a member of the T&C team, the Technical Recruiter is a champion of the culture and embodies the Suvoda Core Values.
Responsibilities:
- Process, set and manage expectations throughout the hiring process;
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in the recruitment process and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Ensure a meaningful and efficient candidate experience;
- Foster the talent brand and make recommendations to improve brand reach;
- Work with hiring managers to identify requirements and build candidate profiles for job requisitions;
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from job posting through offer, ensuring accurate and compliant candidate processing with the ATS;
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for Suvoda’s core positions, for ease of fulfillment once positions open;
- Participate in in-person interviews and model interviewing best practices;
- Ensure hiring managers and other interview attendees are prepared and well-versed in interview process and best practices;
- Provide data and information for tracking key performance metrics related to recruitment;
- Provide regular status updates of recruitment efforts, success rates, estimated timelines, etc. to necessary stakeholders as well as track recruiting activities in real-time in ATS system;
- Build relationships with managers and gather feedback on past hires, to identify trends and inform future hiring decisions;
- Stay abreast of market trends and communicate those to the broader Talent & Culture team;
- Build relationships with relevant organizations that could provide a talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred degrees include: Human Resources, psychology, or related field);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Results-driven, accountable and invested in meeting qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Ability to multitask;
- Creative problem-solving skills;
- Proactivity;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Organizational skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Experience with the following strongly preferred: full-cycle recruitment, ATS management, behavioral interviewing, advanced sourcing.
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience; experience in SaaS/technology recruiting preferred.
