Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Software Developer with expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and customizing our products and platforms, including the design, prototyping, and troubleshooting of applications. You will collaborate closely with IT operations and development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Maintain Applications
Build, enhance, and maintain applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend.
Design and implement APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Cloud & Database Management
Use AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch) to develop cloud-native solutions.
Develop and manage SQL-based databases, optimizing complex queries and ensuring data integrity.
Code Quality & Testing
Conduct code reviews and apply best practices in software development.
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and minimize bugs.
Debug and resolve software issues across various environments.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to meet project objectives.
Create and maintain technical documentation to support design, development, and testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong experience in ReactJS and Node.js (minimum 2+ years coding experience).
Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, Amplify, and AppSync.
Solid knowledge of SQL, with skills in complex query optimization and data modeling.
Familiarity with Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and SaaS products.
Experience with Docker and an understanding of Kubernetes is a plus.
Additional Skills
Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Soft Skills
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with remote teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development with a focus on ReactJS and Node.js.
