Senior Visual Designer

About the Role:We are looking for an experienced visual designer to create eye-catching visuals for our brand, events, and product marketing. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in graphic design and international aesthetics, as well as a certain understanding or interest in infra technology, B2B products, AI/ML, etc. What you will do:

• Crafting visuals for products, community engagement, and marketing, including conference key visuals, tech blog covers, social media, posters, booths, live streams, and sales collateral.
• Contribute to building and updating our global brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, PowerPoint templates, and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with marketing and execution teams to design visuals that resonate with a tech-savvy, global audience. Stay updated on event outcomes to deliver top-notch design solutions and ensure a superior user experience. What we are looking for:
• Over 4 years of relevant work experience in visual design, event design, and brand design.
• Demonstrate superior visual design capabilities and an international, modern aesthetic sensibility, with a strong sense of color and typography.
• Strong Learning and Communication Skills, with a commitment to excellence in quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in AIGC tools preferred.
• Capable of translating technical content from fields like cloud services, AI, and databases into visually appealing designs.
• Pursue high-quality design with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to innovation in both print and digital media.
• Able to clearly articulate design logic, collaborate effectively with teams, and be proficient in time and project management. Nice to have：
• Experience in leading key visual design and execution for online or offline events.
• Experience in web design and UI design, with a user-centric perspective and knowledge of human-computer interaction.
• Global Project experience for developer communities and SaaS products.
• Skills in motion, video, typography, etc.
• Ability to collaborate in English.
