Web Designer

About the role： We are looking for a talented Web/Landing Page Designer to join our Zilliz design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web page design and an international perspective, as well as a certain understanding or interest in infra technology, B2B products, AI/ML, etc. What you will do:

• Design the official websites for Zilliz and Milvus, both local and global sites, with responsibilities including page UI, micro-interactions, web illustrations, and responsive experience.
• Digital design for product marketing and community, such as summit LP, conference LP, SEO LP, and ProductHunt images.
• Collaborate with both local and global marketing teams to deliver top-tier design and user experiences that meet specific business and audience requirements.
• Ensure ongoing website quality and experience, stay updated with web design best practices and tool developments, and keep up with cutting-edge international design trends. What we are looking for:
• Over two years of creative experience in web design, UI, or visual design.
• Skilled in Figma, capable of consistently delivering high-quality, stylistically cohesive web designs.
• Familiar with core web design principles, user experience, and human-computer interaction.
• Excellent visual design capabilities with an international, modern aesthetic sense, including color perception and typography skills.
• Knowledgeable in front-end tech and can collaborate with developers to implement designs.
• Able to translate technical content into visually appealing designs for an engineering audience.
• A strong commitment to design quality and details, along with excellent time management and project management abilities.
• Strong in communication and can accurately convey design ideas, drive decision-making and execution, and have good teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing enterprise or SaaS product websites.
• Have led the design of complete, executed website projects with a solid visual direction.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Experience in building or using component libraries.
• Skills in illustration, motion graphics, video creativity, etc.
• Ability to collaborate in English.
