C3 AI has an opening for a Corporate Finance Manager located onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The Corporate Finance Manager supports the finance function in maintaining the corporate model and enabling the business to execute on its plan within budget through data and insight. Improve and automate reporting packages for daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly consumption.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: manage/improve end to end financial modeling to support forecasts, planning activities, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Long-Range Planning
- Support month-end close activities including budget versus actuals, accruals, and reporting.
- Partner with the business to develop driver-based headcount and spend models to increase forecast accuracy
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results, key business metrics, and drivers of financial performance, enabling deeper dives in partner, cloud spend, T&E management, cost per head by location, etc.
- Develop meaningful analytics and reporting to drive insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards.
- Support integrity and accuracy of the budget and operating models.
- Work on special projects to drive process improvements, efficiencies, and automation.
- Ad hoc support outside of scope of role as needed.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each of the responsibilities described above. The candidate must have the capacity to take on additional responsibilities as the Company grows. The requirements listed below are representative of the attributes required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field of study
- Track record of driving positive results in a very hands-on environment, 5+ years of experiences
- Expert Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Investment Banking, Consulting, or prior FP&A experience
- Familiarity with controllership and auditing processes.
- Strong experience using NetSuite and leveraging customizable reports.
- Quick learner, fast mover.
- Meticulous attention to detail (perfectionist) and natural analytical thinking.
- Superb time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong personal integrity, C3 AI values and ethics.
