Operations Coordinator

Join us as an Operations Coordinator to support our Poland ride-hailing operations.

You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance.

You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with Operations Specialists and/or Operations Manager.

About the role

You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance.

You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with Operations Specialists and/or Operations Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Document Review and Assurance: Support examination of documents from business partners and business contracts meticulously, ensuring all submissions are compliant and meet our high standards.
• Building relations with local businesses to open new verification points in new and existing cities.
• Work closely with the local operations teams to streamline relevant processes.
• Support the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality, and compliance.

About you:

• You have 1+ years of professional experience in operations or customer service.
• Your approach to problem-solving is deeply rooted in a data-driven and analytical mindset, supported by your proficiency in Excel.
• You're a great communicator.
• You have a detail-oriented approach to everyday responsibilities.
• You have excellent spoken and written English.
• You're passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.
