Job Title: Technical Lead / Solutions Architect (Enterprise Level Application)

Location: Work from our Overseas Development Center (Hyderabad).

This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can oversee end-to-end architecture, implement best practices, and ensure robust support for our application ecosystem, covering backend, frontend, blockchain, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

o Architect and Lead: Design and oversee the architecture of enterprise-level applications. Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical team, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company objectives.
o Enterprise-Level Support: Manage and troubleshoot complex issues across the application stack, ensuring high availability and performance for our global client base.
o Technical Expertise Across Stack: Leverage in-depth knowledge of backend (Node.js), frontend (Flutter), blockchain, and DevOps to address challenges proactively and ensure seamless functionality across our platforms.
o Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to implement solutions that align with the company’s roadmap and client needs.
o Performance and Security Optimization: Drive performance optimization, security assessments, and scalability strategies to ensure application robustness and data integrity.
o Continuous Improvement: Develop and enforce standards, frameworks, and guidelines to drive continuous improvement in application support processes and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

o Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect) is a plus.
o Technical Expertise:
• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, including experience with frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Frontend: Strong knowledge of Flutter and experience in designing and developing scalable mobile/web applications.
• Blockchain: Hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 1 blockchains and familiarity with Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) mechanisms.
• DevOps: Advanced understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is essential.
o Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software development, with at least 4 years in a Solutions Architect or Technical Team Lead role supporting enterprise applications.
o Problem Solving: Proven experience in troubleshooting, managing, and supporting complex systems and applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
o Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

o Blockchain Development Tools: Familiarity with Cosmos, Evmos, or related tools.
o Monitoring and Analytics: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch for performance analysis and troubleshooting.
o Security Practices: Background in security protocols, encryption, and vulnerability management.
