Location: Hyderabad/remote (hybrid work model)
Duration: 6 months

Salary: INR 3-7 LPA

What you’ll do as a Software Developer:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in agile iterative development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in the implementation of natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog management features as part of building AI bots.
• Support the integration of bots with various communication channels (e.g., web, mobile, messaging platforms, Email, calendar, and CRM).
• Help deploy and maintain bots in production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability. Monitor bots for issues and assist in troubleshooting problems as they arise.
• Monitor bot performance, accuracy, and user experience, and suggest improvements under the guidance of senior developers.
• Analyse user interactions and feedback to help refine and optimize bot responses.
• Perform updates to keep bots up to date with new features and improvements. To apply for this role, you must start your resume with the text ‘Trimate Bot developer’
• Contribute to the design and development of web applications and multi-tenant platforms under the supervision of senior team members.
• Help implement and monitor backend webservices, APIs and integration points with external services.
• Help implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track the performance and usage of bots and applications.
• Assist in generating regular reports on system performance, user interactions, and other key metrics.
• Provide support to users and clients on how to effectively use our products and platforms. Contribute to the creation of documentation and tutorials for end-users and developers.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, NLP, and bot development technologies.
• Look for opportunities to incorporate new tools and techniques into the development process to improve efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Mandatory Requirements:

1. B.E./B.Tech (or similar) in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Science, or any other branch of Engineering with exposure to Coding skills.
2. Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or similar is desired.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Desired Qualifications:

1. Knowledge and experience in web development is desired (HTML, JavaScript, CSS and any UI frameworks).
2. Basic understanding of database management and design (RDBMS and NoSQL) is desired.
3. Basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) and deployment pipelines is desired.
4. Prior internship experience or industry experience of around 2 years is required. Experience working with AI and bot frameworks such as Rasa is preferable.
5. Willingness to learn about bot frameworks, AI models, multi-tenant architecture and development best practices.
