Location: Paris, Onsite & Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, particularly those with existing resources in distribution channels such as distributors and agents. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the PPE industry, strong market development skills, and the ability to maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and expand the network of wholesalers in the PPE industry, including distributors and agents.
-Maintain and manage existing customer relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
-Analyze market demand and competition to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Track sales progress and achieve company-set sales targets.
-Collect and report market information, assisting the company in product promotion and market positioning.
-Communicate effectively with clients, handling inquiries, quotations, orders, and after-sales services.
Requirements:
-College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
-At least 3 years of sales development experience in the PPE(Personal Protective Equipment) industry, with existing resources in wholesalers, distributors, or agents preferred.
-Familiarity with the local market and existing networks of resources and clients.
-Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to develop the market independently.
-Proficiency in English for effective communication; bilingual skills are an advantage.
-Strong goal orientation, with the ability to work under pressure to achieve results.
