Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Intern to join our team remotely at Nexting Labs. In this internship role, you will support customer acquisition efforts by driving satisfaction, client engagement, and new business opportunities. You will apply your analytical skills, communication abilities, and customer-focused mindset to contribute to effective acquisition strategies. This is a great opportunity to learn and apply the skills and knowledge you’ve gained during your studies or from previous jobs/ internships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition strategies
Conduct market research to identify potential client opportunities
Support client outreach and maintain customer relationships
Provide customer satisfaction support and handle inquiries
Lead initiatives to generate and capture new leads

Qualifications

Experience with customer acquisition and marketing acquisition strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Native/ fluent in English
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be an actively enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven analytical abilities and attention to detail
Proactive and fast-learner
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Good to have:

Intermediate proficiency in one of the following: Mandarin Chinese, Spanish
Python and SQL skills for data analysis
Previous experience in startups

This is a non-paid internship and should not be expected to transition into a paid role during the internship. However, based on company needs and performance, there is potential for the intern to move into a paid position. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and put your academic knowledge and previous experiences into practice.
