Job Description:

This role offers exciting opportunities for frequent travel and work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for using lifts and ladders to install lightning protection systems. Familiarity with essential hand tools, fall protection protocols, and personal protective equipment is crucial. Successful completion of projects will be based on production requirements and deadlines. All candidates must pass background checks and drug tests.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Sales and marketing experience will enhance our business growth.
• Previous hands-on experience in mechanical trades such as roofing, framing, truss work, stucco/siding, steel frame construction, and tree climbing is a considerable benefit.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., reporting, inventory management, receipts, and production schedules) are necessary.
• Willingness to occasionally work in heat and attics while complying with OSHA regulations.

Compensation and Benefits:
