Job Summary:

The IT Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the IT sector. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT sales, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients in the IT industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Coolgen Solutions' offerings.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals that address client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (e.g., 1+ years) as an IT Sales or a similar role with a successful track record.
Strong understanding of IT solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
