About the job
Your Mission
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and building trust and loyalty.
- Customer Adoption and Expansion: Drive product adoption by working closely with customers to understand their goals and recommend best practices. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to drive revenue growth and meet your revenue targets.
- Renewals and Retention: Proactively engage with customers to ensure high renewal rates and minimize churn. Address any concerns or issues that may affect customer satisfaction and develop strategies to retain customers.
- Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal teams. Advocate for customers' needs and influence product roadmap decisions based on customer insights.
- Generate referrals and crossell opportunities for the Sales team
- Advocate customer satisfaction by promoting capterra reviews and inviting the customer to provide case studies to our marketing team
- Be a professional advisor: suggest best practices, defuse problems and address our customers’ questions in a timely manner
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Familiarity with Sales CRM tools (i.e.. HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus
- Scale-up experience is a plus as past experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- You’re independent, entrepreneurial, hands-on, ambitious and have experience in a grass-roots business development role
- You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit
