Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Organised AI, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our platform. Additionally, you will work on AI/ML integration projects, collaborating closely with the product and design teams to implement intelligent features, enhance user experience, and ensure the platform’s stability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Develop and maintain full-stack features from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases.

AI/ML Integration: Collaborate on machine learning initiatives, incorporating AI-driven features to enhance personalization and predictive capabilities within the platform.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, intelligent features.

API Development and Integration: Build and maintain APIs for efficient communication between the front-end and back-end systems, including integrating third-party AI/ML APIs like OpenAI.

Optimize for Performance and Scalability: Ensure that the platform performs optimally and scales as our user base grows, particularly for AI-driven features.

Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software runs smoothly and efficiently.

Stay Updated with Best Practices: Keep up with the latest industry trends in AI/ML and software development to ensure we are building a future-proof platform.

Agile Development: Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within a SaaS or AI-driven platform environment.

Proficient in Front-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Proficient in Back-End Technologies: Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) and databases (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).

API Development: Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, with an emphasis on AI/ML API integrations.

Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying applications in cloud environments.

AI/ML Familiarity: Exposure to machine learning models, tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch, or integration with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI).

Version Control: Strong experience with version control tools like Git.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, and deliver results in a timely manner.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical details.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI-driven applications or integrating machine learning models into products.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in building scalable microservices architectures.
