Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
Assets Roster Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager to join our team, focusing on Sales of Fixed Assets Tags. This role is ideal for someone who excels in B2B corporate sales and has experience generating leads with high-end clients. You will play a critical role in driving sales, managing relationships, and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-end client leads through research, strategic outreach, direct calling, sending potential mails, direct outreach and networking.
• B2B Sales and Client Acquisition: Drive revenue by actively identifying and reaching out to high-potential corporate clients, positioning our asset tagging solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales Funnel: 1. Building Brand Recognition, 2. Engaging Potential Leads, 3: Educating and Nurturing Leads, 4: Encouraging Conversation, 5: Closing the Sale, 6: Encouraging Repeat Purchase and Referrals.
• Sales Pitching: Demonstrate strong presentation and pitching skills to effectively communicate the value and impact of our solutions to prospective clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, offering guidance and support to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings, using this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
