Partner Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a marketer in the Deliveroo Singapore marketing team, to support in planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns and activities to support Deliveroo’s market share growth that often involves campaigns leveraging multiple categories of restaurants, key grocery and retail brands.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the Commercial Teams (Account Management & On-demand Convenience) to execute the best marketing campaigns and activities that bring new customers and orders to Deliveroo. You’ll liaise with multiple stakeholders, brainstorm and implement multiple campaigns simultaneously that deliver against our business goals in a fast-paced environment.
A successful candidate will be an energetic and self-driven marketer willing to learn and grow in the fast-paced environment. S/He will have a passion for all things marketing related, growth e-commerce mechanics and have a natural ability to think strategically to solve business problems. S/he will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and able to think big, while paying careful attention to details.
About The Marketing Team:
We develop the consumer marketing strategy for how Deliveroo wins at an island-wide and hyper-local level. This includes identifying target audiences, and commercial and consumer insights to develop engaging promotions and marketing strategies across Singapore.

We work closely and directly with our global team based in London, which will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to working in a global way while driving growth fast locally.
Responsibilities
To support campaigns and activities that involve creatively leveraging the partners on Deliveroo, to make Deliveroo the most relevant on demand delivery service in Singapore, the role will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to brainstorm, develop and execute tactical and mainstream promotional campaigns
This includes:
a) Campaigns leveraging key merchants and partners on Deliveroo
b) New partner / category launch campaigns
c) Any other offer-led programs in app - Support delivery of campaigns and projects against our objectives and effectively partner with teams across the business, including account management, CRM, and creative teams to execute the campaigns
- Planning, budgeting and tracking and developing insightful reporting and measurement, turning insight into a recommendation
What we're looking for from you:
- 2-4 years experience in marketing department with a focus on promotional campaigns or trade marketing
- Relevant working experience in / with e-commerce or fast-paced consumer brands is a must
- Detail oriented executor, comfortable with executing simultaneous projects and enjoys working in a highly competitive and fast-paced industry.
- A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically with a can-do attitude.
