Founded by an industry leader with a successful track record in commercialization and fundraising, we are backed by a research partnership with a leading global university and seek a skilled Full Stack Engineer to help us develop our MVP over the next three months.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking venture at the intersection of technology and personal health. We are open to candidates from diverse backgrounds; prior experience in regulated environments (such as healthcare or clinical settings) is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Incentives
For this MVP project, we offer a salary with potential options for deferred compensation, equity, and/or other incentives based on performance and milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Build and deploy a robust MVP within a 3-month timeline, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across both front and back-end systems.
• Technical Innovation: Implement new technologies to create a seamless, user-friendly experience.
• AI/ML Integration: Integrate initial AI/ML capabilities to support product differentiation and enhance user insights.
• Full Stack Development: Oversee the entire technology stack to deliver seamless functionality across front-end (e.g., React, JavaScript) and back-end systems (e.g., Node.js, Python).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founder, research partners, and early team members to align technology with business goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure a high standard of code quality, conducting thorough testing and implementing quality assurance measures.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of full stack engineering experience with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks like React and Node.js. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) is a plus but not required.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to navigate complex challenges and offer innovative solutions.
• Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
