Sr. Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging content, from concept through execution, across digital and print media. This role typically involves developing visuals that align with the brand's identity and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Concept Development:
Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and translate them into compelling visuals.
*Design Creation:*
Design assets such as logos, infographics, social media graphics, website layouts, advertisements, banners, packaging, and more.
**Visual Identity:*
Ensure consistency in visual style and messaging across all media and platforms.
Software Use:
Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools for creating and editing visuals.
Layout and Typography:
Design clear and engaging layouts and choose typography that complements the design and message.
Market and Audience Understanding:
Adapt designs to meet the needs of target audiences and stay current with design trends.
Feedback and Revisions:
Incorporate feedback to refine and polish designs as required.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, or other tools.
Communication Skills:
Ability to present design concepts clearly and understand client feedback.
Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Creative approach to overcoming design challenges and client-specific.

**** Qualifications****

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field. Certification courses in graphic design can also be helpful.
Experience:
Previous experience as a graphic designer 4-5 years for senior roles.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
