Key Responsibilities:

● Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React JS and related
technologies.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement and maintain dynamic,
interactive web applications.
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and
browsers.
● Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends in front-end development, specifically React and JavaScript
ecosystem.
● Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality and performance of the
application.
Skills and Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in React JS development.
● Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end technologies.
● Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
● Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
● Proficiency in version control using Git.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot web applications.
● Good understanding of Cross-Browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
● Experience with unit testing libraries (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Enzyme).

Nice to Have:
● Experience with TypeScript.
● Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Next.js.
● Experience with CSS pre-processors such as Sass or Less.
● Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
● Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards.

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work
