The opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Experimentation/Optimisation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing A/B testing and personalization campaigns using Experimentation tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Webtrends Optimize, Adobe Target, etc. This role will play a critical part within large-scale client engagements where will support their Experimentation/Optimisation efforts in driving customer engagement and optimizing the user experience across them digital estate.

What you’ll get to do:

Tools Implementation:

  • Develop, implement, and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), and personalization campaigns using one or more Experimentation/ Optimisation tools.
  • Configure and manage tool’s instances, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and content teams to define testing hypotheses, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure accurate deployment and tracking of Experimentation/Optimisation campaigns across web and mobile platforms.
  • Implement analytics tags (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.) as well as the Experimentation/Optimisation tool’s tracking variables to ensure tests are measured accurately

Solution Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
  • Develop custom JavaScript and HTML/CSS code for personalized experiences and test variations within the Experimentation/Optimisation tool.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the selected tool with client websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

Innovation and Best Practices:

  • Stay updated on the latest of the Experimentation/Optimisation software industry and best practices, ensuring the organization is leveraging their tool’s full potential.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new features and functionalities within the selected tools and other relevant software.
  • Contribute to the development of internal best practices, templates, and toolkits to streamline Experimentation/Optimisation implementations.

Client Engagement and Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a technical expert and consultant to clients, guiding them through best practices in digital personalization and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, marketing, IT, and design, to ensure the successful deployment of campaigns.
  • Communicate technical requirements and constraints to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of campaign capabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and capabilities.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Experimentation/Optimisaiton implementation or campaign execution.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and ensure they are running smoothly, addressing any technical challenges as they arise.

What you should have:

  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Experimentation/Optimisation tool, including A/B testing, MVT, and personalization.
  • Proficiency with instrumenting, deploying, and troubleshooting Experimentation/Optimisation implementations
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and how they integrate with the Experimentations/Optimisation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

You will collaborate with our UK project team, so we’ll need you to be available until 18:00 PL

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
  • Understanding of SEO, UX/UI best practices, and their impact on testing and personalization strategies.

What we offer:

  • Salary depending on presented skills:
    Mid: 11 000 - 15 000 PLN net on B2B contract
    Senior: 15 000 - 20 000 PLN net on B2B contract
  • Fully remote job as well as possibility to visit our offices in Poznań, Katowice and Bydgoszcz
