YOUR MISSION

As an Intern in the Partners & Brands department, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing partner relationships and optimizing our operations. You will support the team with day-to-day tasks to drive our partners' growth and longer-term projects to improve their operational metrics.

THE JOURNEY

  • Support Account Managers with administrative tasks and operational performance monitoring.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners by gathering necessary tools and information.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and analyses for partners.
  • Proactively coordinate ongoing activations and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or you are during your studies in management, business administration, marketing, sales
  • Strong willingness to gain first work experience in an international company or you already had an experience/internship, ideally in a FMCG company (marketing or sales support, key account assistant etc.)
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to communicate efficiently
  • Proactive attitude and high engagement in a daily duties
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
