About the Role:

Are you passionate about gaming and product management? Join us to learn how great games are built, diving deep into user analytics and shaping features used by millions of creators. Working directly with experienced gaming PMs, you'll get hands-on experience in product development while collaborating with world-class game designers, artists, and engineers. What You’ll Do

• Product Development & Delivery: Drive feature development with specialized teams - from defining character animations to gameplay mechanics. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets that our partners depend on.
• Project Operations: Own internal deliverable tracking and create scalable processes that speed up team delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Partner Success: Transform player and partner feedback into actionable improvements. Drive implementation from concept to completion.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to deliver outcomes. Learn to influence without authority and meet quality benchmarks.

What We Are Looking For:

Must Haves

• Strong Aptitude - Ability to absorb complex information and synthesize actionables quickly
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for gaming

Good to Have

• Experience working in a product team for a tech startup
• Knowledge of Unity 3D
• Basic understanding of UI systems, game creation pipelines for mobile games
