- Ensuring that our products and services are in line with our promised standards right from the order process to the last-mile delivery
- Providing necessary controls and performing essential tests to ensure a perfect customer experience
- Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders (suppliers, cargo, courier) during the day to ensure timely order delivery for bothCiceksepeti.com and LolaFlora.com operations
- Checking the status of orders on a daily basis to take necessary actions for pending tickets
- Carrying out all internal audit processes including dealer operations, and product quality
- Oversee seller operations, ensuring efficient onboarding, support, and engagement with marketplace sellers
- Conduct regular audits of seller activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve seller performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track progress against business development goals
- Manage the seller acquisition process from application to account opening, ensuring a smooth transition for new sellers
- Oversee all seller-related operations, addressing store setup, documentation, and general issues while serving as the primary point of contact for all marketplace sellers
- Handle catalog-related tasks, including tagging, specifications, categories, and filters, while coordinating with Jira and Kronos for operational updates
- Implement and oversee operational visual control processes for order management
- Monitor and enforce compliance with intellectual property regulations, managing issues related to banned keywords, incorrect categories, and associated penalties
- Handle Dealer Operations System seller requests and processes related to counterfeit products, analyzing product complaints and reviews to address issues of defective or unavailable products
- Implement new in-house processes for floral products and related services
- Monitor seller efficiency and manage actions related to sales at incorrect prices

- BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines, preferably in Industrial Engineering (Education in English will be preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in quality, process improvement, or customer logistics functions (e-commerce or retail industry will be an asset)
- Fluency in English (written & spoken)
- Advanced skills in MS Office Programs (especially in Excel)
