Job Overview
We are looking for a Director of Sales to join our growing team. As the Director of Sales, you will lead the strategy and execution of sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding Luna Joy’s reach across key markets. Working closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Provider Relations teams, you will develop partnerships and identify new opportunities to grow the business. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and leadership skills to ensure success.
As part of the Luna Joy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to the support of one million women on their mental health journey. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment by giving and getting joy in your daily interactions. These values will enable you to effectively contribute to important areas of focus and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand LunaJoy’s market presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners, healthcare providers, and organizations to create opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Provider Relations, Operations) to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Lead the sales team by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing guidance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and explore new markets or growth opportunities, particularly in underrepresented regions or demographics.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent LunaJoy at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track and improve performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Nice to Haves:
Experience working in a mental health or healthcare sales environment.
Knowledge of insurance billing processes and partnerships with healthcare providers.
Additional certifications in sales or business development.

Compensation Range
$90,000 based on the individual's location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.
