Duitku.com (an Aspire company) is an online payment solutions provider. We offer online payment coverage for users in Indonesia with credit and debit cards, mobile payments, e-wallets, bank transfer, prepaid cards, vouchers and many others.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Support to join our team.
The responsibilities covering:
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during payment processing, such as transaction failures or software glitches.
- User support, providing assistance to merchant who encounter problems with payment processing, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain SDK, CMS plugin include create or update.
- Security, ensuring proper & secure merchant integration of payment gateway.
- Documentation, maintaining accurate records of reported issues, API services & postman collection.
- Collaborating with other IT teams, software developers, and third-party vendors to enhance payment processing capabilities.
- Emergency Response, being available for on-call support from merchant.
- Providing guidance to merchant on how to use payment processing systems effectively and securely.
- Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of payment processing systems, suggesting enhancements and enhance user experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors.
- Experienced for 1 years in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Able to speak English, both oral and written.
- Can work under pressure.
- Have a desire to learn new things.
- Ability to work independently or with a group.
- Have a strong and good attitude.
- Can work shifts/nights.
Preferred Qualification
- Knowledgeable & understanding PHP, JavaScript Language.
- Knowledgeable in SQL Language.
- Understanding API Integration and Technologies.
- Knowledgeable of Collaboration Tools and Technologies, such as GIT and Subversion.
- Having experienced in Messaging Technologies is a plus.
- Understanding C# Language is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication to provide clear and concise support to Technical Stakeholders.
