About the job

SafetyCulture is a customer and product-led SaaS company with an ambitious mission: empower front line workers to drive operational excellence and take ownership of their safety and wellbeing. Our HQ is in Sydney, and alongside our Amsterdam office located in the heart of the city centre, we also have a presence in Kansas City, Manchester, Manila, and Townsville.

With our in-house product and engineering teams, we're continuously expanding our technology platform with products that give front line workers a voice, and leaders the visibility to make smart decisions in driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Our teams hold the customer at the heart of everything we do. Before we come to a solution, we ask: "How is this helping the customer?"

As we continue to scale, an opportunity has arisen for a German-speaking Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing in EMEA, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Regional Marketing Plan with a specific focus on localised industry-led campaigns. Partnering with the EMEA GTM and marketing teams, you will be primarily responsible for planning, designing and executing new logo and expansion campaigns, while supporting our Global Marketing teams to ensure the successful growth of our brand.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to identify growth opportunities and develop end-to-end campaign plans in the EMEA region with a core focus on the German market
  • Concept, create, and distribute campaign materials including developing marketing content, EDM, digital and nurture programs for omnichannel distribution using our marketing automation platform, social channels, website and relevant external channels where appropriate
  • Reporting and analysis of campaign results and outcomes
  • Create opportunities for customer expansion and lead generation by working with our GTM Team on partnerships and customer campaigns
  • Work closely with the EMEA Success team to deliver customer-focused product and training events
  • Plan and support in the execution of external marketing events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, roundtables and support our Global Events team in-region
  • Support the Regional Marketing Plan by exploring and executing marketing programs in Germany as well as the wider EMEA Market
  • Assist with the management of external suppliers and agencies in the EMEA Region
  • Coordinate with global marketing and internal teams to localise and execute key marketing campaigns and events, while providing feedback loops to represent our regional voice at a global level

About you:

  • You're fluent in business-level English and German
  • You’ve got B2B marketing experience (B2c2B or tech marketing experience even more ideal)
  • You’ve got experience working in the German market, and ideally, the wider EMEA market
  • You have content writing experience and demonstrable experience tailoring to a range of different audiences
  • You have digital marketing skills and experience working with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot experience ideal) and across the Martech stack (website CMS, social media platforms, Salesforce or equivalent)
  • You’re adept at driving alignment - focussed on goals and end-to-end processes to ensure great customer outcomes
  • You’re great at project management and more than happy to roll up your sleeves and coordinate any marketing initiative
  • You put customers at the heart of everything you do
  • You’re comfortable with ambitious goals and have demonstrated an ability to deliver results in the past

What we offer:

  • Equity with high growth potential, and a competitive salary;
  • Hybrid working arrangement with a generous lunch reimbursement for in-office days;
  • Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities; Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns;
  • We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies.
