  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards

  • Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet specifications

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns

  • Sustainability: Ensure construction projects adhere to the company’s sustainability initiatives, including energy-efficient designs and environmentally friendly building practices

  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, preparing detailed reports on project status, budget, and timelines.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams
