Junior Product Designer

Location: Remote (with in-person meetings in Prague every 2 weeks)

Cuid is looking for a talented Junior Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our team!

At cuid we are building the personal private security super app and platform. Starting with home security in LatAm. Our mission is to make security available to everyone. We will change the security landscape forever. With a top-tier ex-Amazon, Shopify, Rocket Internet, Ubiquity, Mews and great advisors from the industry & IPO'd founders we are now building cuid.

If you're passionate about meaningful projects that have a great impact on human lives, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in a similar position, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Your role will be:

• Design and prototype in Figma, ensuring consistency with our design systems and maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Create graphic materials for different teams:
  • Sales: Design engaging one-pagers and other collateral.
  • Growth: Support content creation for our blog and social media.
• Test concepts and assess their effectiveness using tools like Maze and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with video editing and/or filming, particularly for content related to social media and growth initiatives.
• Experience in a startup or an agency

Who we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar UX/UI or product design role.
• Experience with Figma (prototyping, design systems).
• Experience with concept testing and using tools like Maze and Google Analytics for evaluating design performance.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work remotely, with bi-weekly meetings in Prague.
