Location: Hurst, TX (Hybrid: In-person Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, Remote Wednesday & Thursday)

Role Overview:

The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that build Red Door Escape Room’s presence, increase brand search volume, and enhance brand perception across new and existing markets. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can engage guests through storytelling, digital campaigns, and local market activations, while aligning branding efforts with marketing campaigns and measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Messaging & Strategy:
    Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms, ensuring it reflects Red Door’s identity and resonates with target audiences.
  • Marketing Campaigns for New Locations:
    Plan and execute strategies for new location launches, including teasers, influencer collaborations, and exclusive offers.
  • In-Store Branding & Guest Experience:
    Design signage, décor, and branded merchandise to enhance the guest experience and ensure brand alignment.
  • Seasonal Events & Local Partnerships:
    Drive guest engagement through seasonal events, local partnerships, and co-branded marketing initiatives.
  • Digital Engagement & SEO:
    Increase brand search volume and expand digital engagement through SEO and paid campaigns.
  • Influencer Collaborations:
    Build brand awareness by working with influencers and encouraging guests to share their experiences online.
  • Community & Business Collaborations:
    Collaborate with local businesses for events, sponsorships, or co-branded campaigns to increase market visibility and reach.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments, such as operations and loyalty teams, to align marketing efforts and drive brand goals.
  • Storytelling Integration:
    Integrate storytelling into campaigns and guest touchpoints to create deeper emotional connections with customers.
  • Media & Press Relations:
    Secure media coverage and work with local press to generate buzz for launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
  • Equity: Long-term employee equity opportunities
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance available after 90 days
  • Retirement: 401K eligibility
  • Paid Time Off: 15 days of paid time off accrued annually, plus additional paid holidays
  • Work Model: Flexible/hybrid, with in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and remote work on Wednesday and Thursday
