Role Overview:
The Loyalty Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of Red Door’s loyalty program. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking to manage all aspects of loyalty engagement, from planning in-store events and tournaments to analyzing customer data and refining reward structures. The Loyalty Manager will play a key role in driving customer engagement, repeat business, and loyalty-based group participation.
Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Management:
Maintain active communication about new loyalty features, benefits, and exclusive opportunities. - Event Promotion & Execution:
Organize and promote in-store events, tournaments, and group-based rewards through email campaigns, social media, and direct outreach. - Themed Experiences & Engagement:
Create themed escape room experiences that reward participants with extra points or special group rewards, enhancing loyalty engagement. - Group Promotions:
Develop special promotions focused on group bookings, leveraging loyalty incentives to encourage repeat visits. - Program Refinement & Gamification:
Refine loyalty tiers, rewards, and group incentives to keep the program fresh and engaging. Develop gamification strategies to reward group participation and achievements during escape room experiences. - Reward Fulfillment:
Manage physical reward fulfillment through the vendor and ensure seamless operations for tournament-related rewards and group incentives. - Metrics & Reporting:
Track repeat rates, tier progression, and reward redemption, and provide regular reports on KPIs such as event participation and overall ROI of the loyalty program. - Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to promote loyalty-based events and tournaments, and collaborate with the design team to enhance gamification within the escape rooms.
Qualifications:
- BA in marketing, business, management, communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience managing loyalty programs or customer engagement initiatives, preferably in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics, segmentation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience organizing and executing events tied to loyalty or customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for creating email campaigns, social media content, and promotional strategies.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize program structure, rewards, and the customer experience.
- Familiarity with loyalty platforms such as Antavo and e-commerce tools like Shopify is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience
- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
- Equity: Long-term employee equity available
