We’re looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team! In this exciting role, you’ll play a crucial part in shaping our growth strategy and driving the company to new heights. As a key player in our expansion efforts, you will have the most direct influence on our success by forging strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and developing innovative approaches to business development. Your efforts will not only help establish our brand in the market but also directly impact our revenue and operational excellence.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities
- Ownership of the whole sales process and sales responsibility
- Prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management
- You will be a credible advisor in facing any issues and problems by external partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Responsible of P&L results of assigned partner
- Coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner
- Analyse complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and to optimize business relationship
- Developed special projects of both local and international teams in the definition of the new routes and pricing
- Implement a route network based on quantitative analysis such as competitor analysis and benchmark.
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Excellent Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
- +5 years of experience in sales, business development, preferable acquired in a multinational environment, with a proven Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency
- High social, communication, and negotiation and presentation skills (professional use of PowerPoint is highly valued)
- Economics understanding i.e. ability to read and understand a balance sheet
- Problem solving attitude
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- At least full working proficiency in English
