Senior Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Web Developer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate to develop innovative, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites for our marketing initiatives. Proficiency in AWS, Node.js, React, PHP, HTML, and CSS is essential. Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, has a passion for user experience, boasts a strong portfolio of past work, and stays current with the latest industry trends.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to build new websites, portals, hot sites, and landing pages from the ground up, while also identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance our existing web properties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build complete websites from scratch, adapting layouts provided by the creative team
• Create CSS stylesheets and define new themes
• Utilize smart content updates and reusable blocks and templates
• Install and configure plugins, integrating other web technologies into our CMS
• Review code for quality assurance, implement A/B testing, and customize user experiences
• Develop new landing pages based on pre-defined templates
• Maintain and provide ongoing support for existing marketing web properties
• Research and implement new applicable technologies for web development
• Ensure websites comply with relevant web security standards and best practices

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in website development with a proven track record of creating large web portals
• 1+ years of experience in a startup environment
• Advanced knowledge of Node.js, React, PHP, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in Webflow and Adobe Experience Manager CMS
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar form tools integration
• Understanding of A/B testing and custom user experiences
• Strong grasp of web application publishing and hosting, including URL redirection
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Capacity to lead through influence, not authority
• Passion for crypto/web3 and a commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in the field
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with minimal oversight, demonstrating proactivity and foresight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.

Salary Range: $143,200 to $178,800
