Chief Data Scientist and Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Development: Lead the design, architecture, and development of the core AI-driven financial advisory platform.
• AI/ML Models: Develop, implement, and optimize generative AI and machine learning models to deliver personalized financial advice and insights.
• Full Stack Leadership: Oversee both the front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of data pipelines, AI/ML models, and a user-friendly interface.
• Data Science & Analytics: Utilize complex data sets (financial, behavioral, and market data) to build predictive and recommendation systems.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of data scientists, engineers, and other technical personnel as the company scales.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to define and iterate on product strategy, growth, and business development.
• Cofounder Role: If fully committed, you will be entitled to a cofounder role with equity, assuming full charge of the technology roadmap and execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in building AI/ML-powered products (preferably GenAI experience). • Strong background in data science, machine learning, and algorithm design, ideally within the fintech or advisory domain.
• Hands-on experience with Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML libraries. • Knowledge of large-scale data management, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with building scalable cloud-based architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Ability to manage both front-end and back-end development (experience in full-stack development is a plus).
• Passionate about financial markets, retail investing, and building tech products that make an impact.
• A problem solver with strong communication and leadership skills.
