The recruiter and consultant role is a hybrid role of inside sales/recruiting and consulting. As a consultant you'll work exclusively with doctors by advising them on their career decisions and putting together staffing solutions for hospitals. The Consultant role is designed to provide recruiter, sales and business development oriented individuals with the experience and skills required to become a successful sales leader, in the locum tenens space.
Honor Providers represents clients ranging from rural community hospitals to some of the most recognized names in healthcare. Likewise, our physician network includes candidates across U.S.

*Responsibilities: *
- Prospect and generate targeted email and call lists
- Generate a pipeline of qualified physicians
- Cold Calling
- Work in tandem with Senior Consultants to recruit, plan, and execute sales opportunities
- Outreach to new and existing prospects
- Input and manage data in CRM
- Social networking and business development e.g. LinkedIn

- Develop skills: Excel, Data, Pipeline and CRM Management
- Sales training with continued professional education
- Become an expert in healthcare staffing
- Learn how leading hospital and healthcare systems operate, from a workforce standpoint

- Determined, self-motivated, and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with daily and consistent phone activity: cold calling, prospecting, building rapport, and client relationship management
- Systematic mindset for lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
- Organized approach for managing sales pipeline in a constantly evolving marketplace
- Basic understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
