We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to Provide day-to-day operational support for the Go-To-Market organization on topics related to Salesforce and Quote to cash.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be part of our Business Operations department and trained in our sales processes and operations, providing support to our sales teams.

Here's what you'll be doing all day:

Your role as part of the Sales Ops team means your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Managing CRM on-going processes, automations & flows
  • Overseeing CRM hygiene by GTM
  • Identify opportunities and weaknesses to improve sales team efficiency and day-to-day salesforce processes
  • Support sales tools that are needed to increase operational productivity
  • Provide training and education to all GTM reps & partners on Salesforce processes
  • Managing incoming tickets from Go-to-Market reps in a timely manner

What should you bring to the team?

  • Experience working with a CRM. Salesforce is an advantage
  • 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role - an advantage
  • Problem solver, tech savvy who is able to deliver in a high-paced environment while maintaining high quality of data.
  • Service-oriented and detail oriented mindset with ability to prioritize tasks
  • An ability to apply business context and knowledge to handle new issues faced by the teams
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
  • Experience with Billing systems
