Senior Flutter Developer

Role Overview:
As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Flutter. You will mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while following best practices.
• Optimize mobile applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance app functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Lead architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision of the project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 3+ years of hands-on experience using Flutter.
• Strong expertise in the Dart programming language and Flutter framework, including widgets, animations, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Proven track record of deploying applications to both the Google Play Store and App Store.
• Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and experience in building responsive interfaces that adapt across various devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
• Experienced with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., CodeMagic, GitHub Actions) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, AWS, or other cloud services.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Understanding of app security best practices and data protection.
