About Us:
AaryanAI is an early stage fintech start-up based in Kitchener, Canada. We are building sophisticated services that help immigrants manage their finances. Driven by the frustration from the lack of support to manage finances in a new country for immigrants, we aim to empower new and existing immigrants to manage their finances irrespective of which country they move to. AaryanAI is currently in stealth mode and will launch MVP in Nov 2024.

Job Summary:
We're seeking a Software Developer to join our dynamic team, building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that transform financial experiences. This is not a role for those who seek a stable, monotonous job of a large corporation. This is a role for an entrepreneur who happens to be software developer. As the core member of the founding team, you will play a critical role in defining company’s strategy, its success, and making a positive impact in the world, something you will be proud of. You will be working on some of the most advance technologies including multi-agent RAG framework in GenAI.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Develop and manage scalable, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• ⁠Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• ⁠Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in AWS and other cloud environments
• ⁠Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality output
• Implement secure coding practices, adhering to fintech regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR)
• Handle customer tickets and conduct customer interviews

Requirements:
• The most important skill is having an entrepreneur mindset. You are comfortable to get your hand dirty and deliver results no matter what the challenges are.
• Experience in software development including proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Node.js, React.js)
• Understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker)
• Knowledge of LLMs and different frameworks such as multiagent, RAG frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
