Working alongside our technically-focused CEO, you will help steer the company’s growth and success, delivering on a range of critical responsibilities to fuel our next phase of development.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic vision, operational strategy, and growth initiatives in alignment with the broader organizational goals.

2. Oversee Company Operations: Assume overall responsibility for the company's ongoing operations and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency and sustainable growth.

3. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to foster collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.

4. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and drive initiatives to optimize profitability and sustainable financial growth.

5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of department heads to achieve company goals, foster a culture of excellence, and drive employee engagement and development.

6. Continuous Improvement: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions.
