About Wozoo:
Wozoo is changing how people hang out and have fun. We’re building a social entertainment platform where entertainment meets social connection both in the real world and online. We’re on a mission to make hangouts (both online and offline) a new form of entertainment. . We’re building something fresh and unique, and we’re looking for someone who can take charge of one of our core entertainment features.

The Role: We need a Creative Lead to take full ownership of developing a new entertainment feature from scratch. You’ll be responsible for conceptualising the feature, figuring out how it will work, and nailing down every single detail to make it live and functional. You’ll work on how it works, what details are needed, and ensure every aspect comes together to make it an imaginative entertaining experience.

You’ll also build and lead a team of creatives, including story writers and other roles needed to bring this feature to life. The role is about pouring your heart into making this the go-to entertainment option and ensuring it’s as engaging as possible. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, ambitious, and can see the bigger picture while handling all the details that make a feature great.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and refine the core concept for the feature, deciding every detail of how it will work and feel.

• Lead the end-to-end process of creating the feature’s MVP and refining it for launch.

• Hire and manage a creative team (writers, designers, etc.) to bring this feature to life.

• Oversee the creative and technical requirements necessary to develop and scale the feature.

• Continuously brainstorm and iterate to make sure we’re creating something that truly hooks users.
