Technical Delivery Lead - SaaS

Target pay range - $75-90/hr 1099 arrangements preferred

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key player in our technical leadership team, with potential to grow into significant leadership roles. This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience driving product roadmaps and delivering rapid iterations of customer-facing SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and deployment of scalable SaaS platforms aligned with business objectives, using a hands-on approach
Define and manage the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute features
Implement CI/CD pipelines to drive rapid deployments, leveraging tools to ensure quick time-to-market
Lead the optimization of software architectures to support scaling and HA
Champion Agile methodologies, leading an iterative development cycle and ensuring high performance across teams
Lead teams in designing and deploying cloud-native SaaS solutions
Guide the adoption of DevOps practices, IaC, and deployment strategies
Provide technical leadership, performance optimization, and security measures.
Hands-on experience with languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
Proven experience leading Agile teams, with expertise in Scrum methodologies - certification encouraged
Hands-on experience building and scaling SaaS products in a small or startup environment
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker)
In-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering successful SaaS projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
