The Opportunity: We're seeking an exceptional founding Head of Design to join Museigen. This equity-only position (for the initial 3-6 months) offers a unique opportunity to shape our company's direction and product vision from the ground up. This role is ideal for those with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to build something they can truly call their own.

We already have our first few clients ready to use the product upon deployment, giving us a fast-moving environment with optimistic timelines. With experienced team members and investors on board, we have significant strategic advantages in resources, network, and potential clients. This gives us the experience, references, and funding necessary to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the overall design vision for our AI-powered platform
• Develop a user-centered design strategy balancing functionality, aesthetics, and brand consistency
• Oversee all aspects of product design, from concept to final execution
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders
• Build and lead a design team as the company grows
• Create design assets, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Establish and maintain design guidelines and best practices
• Champion a design-first approach

Ideal Candidate: We value creativity, vision, ownership, and collaboration over traditional metrics or years of experience. You should have:

• Proven experience in UI/UX, interaction design, and product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating beautiful, functional digital products
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passion for emerging technologies and innovation
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take ownership
• Ability to function like a Product Manager turned Designer is a strong plus
