About the Sales & Marketing Team
The S&M team, led by our CBO, Sammy, drives revenue growth for Aniai. With 10 active clients in Korea, 20 grills live in their locations and 1,000 pre-orders, the S&M team is hard at work managing client relations, researching new burger chains to target, and creating buzz to drive sales forward. The S&M team has 5 members, across both countries. And in the US, we’re conducting several pilot tests with some of the top burger brands and expect to go live in the next 6-12 months. The S&M team is looking for a rock star to tackle our addressable market in the US.
About the Channel Manager Role
We are looking for a rock star Channel Manager to drive revenue through leading our channel partnerships program. At our early stage, this role will first implement the partnerships program then manage key relationships as a traditional channel manager.
Here’s the fine print:
Program Implementation: Identify partners (dealers, distributors, manufacturing reps, etc.) to scale revenue through indirect sales efforts.
Industry Research: Research the commercial kitchen equipment space to understand and leverage key relationships in the industry for supporting our channel partnerships program.
Training Expertise: Train partners on our products, sales process, and how to implement our product with customers.
Customer Relations: Maintain positive working relations with partners to support their sales targets for our products.
Trade Shows: Build top-of-the-funnel leads by attending regional and national trade shows and promoting our products to potential partners.
Demos: Alongside our Field Service team, conduct product demos in our test kitchen for potential customers when needed by our partners. Answer questions and highlight our competitive advantages throughout the demo.
Installations: Support Field Service Engineers during product installations in customer stores. Ensure seamless customer service through the initial robot deployment and training phase.
Analytics: Track appropriate sales metrics, update and maintain Salesforce, and create reports against goals.
Other: We’re a growing team! There will be plenty of opportunities to support other areas in our US team, including supporting the sales team, GTM strategy, proposal and contract management, etc.
The total compensation range for this position is $90,000-$150,000.

We ask Channel Managers at Aniai to:
- Have 5+ years working in Sales/Channel Partnerships within the commercial kitchen space. It takes extensive knowledge to build our partnerships program, so we need someone who has this on day one.
Have experience selling physical hardware and recognizing the common issues that arise with these products.
Travel at least 50% to partnership locations across the United States. Some areas are more rural and may require driving and a valid driver's license.
Be top tier communicators and negotiators. You listen empathetically and understand how to build genuine connections with everyone you meet.
Think outside the box, proactively solving problems and exercising sound judgement to move the partnership program forward.
Showcase their presentation and training skills to our channel partners every day. You will need to be an expert on our products and teach industry executives about the selling points for our end customers.
(Bonus) Have experience working at/with TriMark, Middleby, or other major kitchen manufacturing companies.
