About the Role
We are searching for a creative and energetic Product Manager to join our small but mighty product team. You’ll play a critical role in discovering opportunities to solve customer problems and developing inventive and intuitive solutions. You will be hands-on in nearly every phase of product development, from conducting customer interviews to writing detailed specifications and working closely with engineering teams. You thrive on uncovering unmet needs and transforming them into products that delight our customers. And for you, nothing in this world is more gratifying than their glowing feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Support: Define, refine, and maintain the product roadmap by identifying customer pain points, discovering opportunities for innovation, and creating impactful solutions.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Engage deeply with customers, stakeholders, and market data to uncover unmet needs and develop new product features or enhancements that provide real value and revenue opportunities.
  • Product Requirements and Prototypes: Deliver clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, technical product specifications, and prototypes, with a focus on using data and AI tools to simplify tasks and gather meaningful data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution during development.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Analyze key product metrics (eg, engagement, usage patterns, feature adoption), structure and organize large datasets, extract meaningful trends, and recognize key data patterns.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Support go-to-market activities, including working closely with customer-facing teams, assisting with marketing strategies, and aligning product launches with business goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Use technology tools to streamline tasks, automate repetitive processes, and make data-driven decisions more efficiently. Apply your knowledge of AI and emerging technologies to identify smarter ways to enhance product features and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a product management role, with demonstrated ability to discover customer problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Previous experience in a technical role or a proven ability to work closely with engineering teams on complex, data-driven projects. Familiarity with working on products that involve intricate data sources.
  • Experience incorporating AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs) or machine learning, into products. Knowledge of adjacent AI trends and their practical applications in a B2B SaaS context.
  • A strong impulse to continually improve productivity, using the latest tools and technologies to streamline workflows and optimize product management practices.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise customer requirements, including security, privacy, and compliance, to help develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • A proactive and accountable approach to managing every aspect of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
