Finance manager - META Advisory Partners

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join our growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years at the Finance Manager level within a startup environment. This role requires someone who can lead a team, handle budgeting and forecasting, work independently, and collaborate directly with the CFO and CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Collaborate directly with the CFO and CEO, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Develop and implement financial strategies that drive the company’s growth and profitability.
Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Support strategic initiatives and business growth plans in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years at the Finance Manager level in a startup environment.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of financial projects.
Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification is a plus.
