Accounts payable Manager Role - specialised - Meta Advisory Partners - ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and oversee all aspects of our accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record of managing teams and driving efficiency in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Oversee the reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Implement and enhance AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
Ensure adherence to financial controls and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
8+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Experience with SAP systems is essential.
Strong understanding of AP processes, financial controls, and accounting principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate before commencing the role.
Salary:
Indicative range is 23,000 AED to 28,000 AED, subject to the candidate's current experience, salary, and overall performance in the interview process.
