AI Engineer

We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to lead this transformation and help automate software development, delivery, and marketing workflows.

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to optimize various aspects of our software development lifecycle. Your role will include integrating AI to enhance the speed and efficiency of building MVPs, managing technical debt, streamlining code review processes, setting up automated deployment pipelines, and automating our content marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Driven Software Development Efficiency:

• Implement AI models to assist in building MVPs from scratch with a focus on speed and scalability.
• Automate detection and resolution of technical debt in existing codebases.
• Use AI tools to write and maintain automated tests for existing software systems.
• Improve code review processes by introducing AI-driven review systems.
• Set up auto-deployment and CI/CD pipelines with the help of AI.

2. AI-Enhanced Marketing Automation:

• Leverage AI models to automate content creation and marketing tasks, enabling clients to market their products more effectively after launch.
• Automate SEO and social media content distribution for clients post-product launch.

3. Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and recommend tools or techniques that can enhance software development processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AI technologies into the core software development and delivery workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, including but not limited to OpenAI, Claude, and other generative models.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices in building scalable software with solid foundations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with content marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
