Senior Backend Engineer

What are we looking for?

We're seeking a backend developer with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about crafting high-quality software with a strong sense of ownership. You'll thrive in a dynamic, agile development environment and be eager to learn and experiment with new programming languages and technologies independently. Candidates from IITs, NITs, or BITS will be given preference.

What you will do

As a backend developer at Asynq.ai, you’ll play a key role in revolutionizing AI-driven solutions for data teams. You'll dive deep into the world of Large Language Models (LLMs) and optimize their application across diverse use cases. Using Django, you'll design and develop back-end systems tailored for complex data processing and AI interactions. You'll also build and manage APIs using the Django Rest Framework. This position places you at the forefront of AI advancements, challenging the limits of AI in data analysis and management.

Responsibilities

• Back-end Development: Leverage Django to build reliable and scalable back-end infrastructures tailored for data processing and AI integrations.
  
• API Design: Create efficient, scalable APIs using the Django Rest Framework.
  
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI technologies. Push boundaries by exploring innovative applications for AI in data management and analysis.

Skills Required

• Django: Must have hands-on experience.
  
• Database: Experience with Postgres or similar databases is essential.
  
• Technologies: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis (for caching). Client-side knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is a plus.
  
• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proficiency with NLP tools and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers is beneficial for working with language models.
  
• AWS (Amazon Web Services): Hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
  

Tech Stack

• Python, Django, React, and SQL.
